The Admissions Office is accepting applications for 2nd grade and above 2023-2024 school year!  We are reviewing applications, interviewing, and making enrollment offers on a rolling basis. Interviews will be held in person.

Admissions Application Information

  1. To apply, click the “Apply Now” button located on this page
  2. Complete the application
  3. Upload your student's evaluation and any other supporting documents
  4. Upon receipt of the completed application, it will be reviewed
  5. If space is available in your desired grade, an interview may be scheduled
  6. If space is not anticipated in your desired grade, the student may be placed on an unranked waitlist.  In the event a space becomes available, the Admissions Committee reviews ALL candidates on file and determines what student(s) will proceed to the next step in the admission process.
Interviews for all grades are scheduled on a rolling basis, and appointments are first-come-first-served.  We will extend the first round of enrollment offers on December 16, 2022.

  • What happens if an opening doesn’t happen this year?

    If no spots become available, the family will have the option to reactivate their application for the following school year. If your application is for a grade for which there are no immediate openings again, you will go on a new waitpool list. If your application is for a grade with immediate openings, as long as the psychological evaluation and any supporting documents are still current*, it is likely you will proceed with the Admissions Process.

    *The date of the neuropsychological report must be within two years of the date of reactivation.

  • What grades have immediate openings?

    Please contact us for more information regarding the availability of immediate placement. We may have space for mid-year enrollment.
     

  • How many students are in the waitpool?

    The waitpool increases/decreases on almost a daily basis.
     

  • When will Churchill know if a position opens?

    There is no time frame when a family lets us know they may not be returning to Churchill. The Admissions Office could be notified at any time during the year.
     

  • How will families know if a position opens?

    The Admissions Office will contact families directly in the event that a space opens and and interview can be scheduled.
